Job Title: Hotel Sales Manager | $65,000 |

Location: Fargo, ND Type: Full time

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Sales Development: Implement sales strategies for all assigned segments, securing new accounts and maintaining existing ones to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Account Management: Maintain rapport and develop future business with existing contacts, focusing on producing group business.
• Networking: Attend networking events and build relationships with local community groups, companies, and trade organizations.
• Site Tours: Conduct site tours for potential clients to showcase hotel offerings.
• Customer Database: Maintain an accurate customer database for effective follow-up and communication.
• Contract Development: Prepare contracts and follow up with customers to confirm agreements.

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Strong market knowledge and awareness.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Ability to work independently and display initiative.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent grammar.
• Professional demeanor with a strong ethical foundation.
• Ability to occasionally work outside of normal workday hours to work with clients.
• Team player who collaborates well with others.

Education & Experience:

• Minimum of 2+ years of hotel experience in sales or a related role.
