Director of Finance - Part Time

Located in bloomington, IN

Salary: $18.00 / hr - $20.00 / hr

Job Summary:

• Maintaining an accurate inventory of nonprofit assets and depreciation schedules
• Recording all financial transactions in the general ledger
• Timely property tax filings and reporting
• Reconciling all banking and investment accounts monthly
• Manages and oversees the financial operations and responsibilities, including AP, AR, GL, and payroll

Experience Required:

• Quick Books, Financial & Payroll, and non-profit accounting experience strongly preferred
• Experience operating computer financial systems and spreadsheets
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong interpersonal skills

Location: Bloomington, IN

Position Type: Part-Time

Pay: $18.00 / hr - $20.00 / hr

Schedule: 1st Shift, Approximately 25 hours / week
