TEMP Receptionist

Located in Bloomington, IN

Salary: $16.00/hr

Job Summary:

• Answer phone calls; properly take messages and forward calls as necessary.
• Warmly greet customers as they come in and answer questions.
• Research information for customers as needed.
• Schedule appointments for field technicians. 

Experience Required:

• Prior receptionist experience (strongly preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Phone etiquette
• Basic computer literacy
• Working knowledge of construction field and mechanically inclined (strongly preferred)

Location: Bloomington, IN

Position Type: Temporary

Pay: $16.00 / hr

Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM / Monday-Friday

• Ability to work independently, as well as in a collaborative environment
