What You’ll Do
Recruit, interview, and screen candidates for a variety of roles

Conduct high-volume cold calls to prospective employers and job seekers

Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses

Identify hiring needs and match qualified candidates to open positions

Manage job postings, candidate pipelines, and onboarding processes

Meet weekly and monthly performance goals

Represent the organization at community events, job fairs, and employer visits

Maintain accurate documentation and follow compliance standards

What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in sales, cold calling, or business development

Recruiting or staffing experience is a strong plus

Confident communicator who enjoys talking to new people
