Production Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and hands-on Production Manager to oversee daily manufacturing operations in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage day-to-day production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to deadlines
• Lead, train, and support production staff while fostering a collaborative and accountable team environment
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, including Current Goods Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) standards, Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs), and production documentation
• Coordinate production schedules, inventory management, and workflow optimization
• Troubleshoot operational challenges and implement effective solutions in real time
• Maintain accurate production records and ensure proper documentation practices
• Collaborate cross-functionally with quality, formulation, and operations teams
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and product quality

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in product formulation and manufacturing (cosmetics, supplements, or food required)
• Strong knowledge of cGMP regulations, SOPs, and production documentation processes
• Hands-on leadership style with a willingness to actively participate in production activities
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Strong communication and team leadership abilities
• High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality
