Online Estate Sale Organizer and Cleaner

Located in Bremerton, WA

Salary: $18.00/hour

Overview:  We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Online Estate Sale Organizer & Cleaner to support a local cleaning business specializing in estate sales with estate transitions, move-out cleanings, and online auction preparation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, organizing, and providing exceptional customer service.  

JOB DUTIES:

May include but not limited to the following:

·         Work under direction of assigned Project Lead and Operations team

·         Separate garbage, recycling, and sellable items

·         Organize, catalog, and photograph inventory for online estate sales

·         Clean homes according to project specifications

·         Provide professional, courteous service to clients and team members

·         Follow detail-oriented procedures accurately and efficiently

·         Maintain confidentiality regarding client information and inventory

·         Perform Project Lead responsibilities when assigned

·         Complete additional tasks as needed

Requirements:

·         Smartphone capable of running inventory and cataloging apps

·         Strong written and verbal communication skills

·         Ability to listen, follow directions, and learn new technology quickly

·         Excellent customer service and teamwork skills

·         Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, stoop, stretch, and climb stairs

·         Comfortable working in dusty, cluttered, or unkept environments

·         Knowledge of thrift, vintage, or antique items is highly beneficial

Pay: $18.00/hour

Schedule: Mondays & Tuesdays 9:00am-4:00pm, Wednesdays 9:00am-6:30pm, and Thursdays & Fridays from 9:00am-4:00pm. Schedule depends on client and project needs, 20-40 hours per week.
