Title Clerk

Salary: $14.50

Job Duties: 

• Accurately process and submit all vehicle titles and registration paperwork in compliance with Arkansas regulations
• Ensure timely transfer of owenership
• Maintain and track title documentation including liens, filings, and releases while following up on any missing or delayed titles 
• Reconcile deal paperwork with accounting records and ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and properly filed 
• Work at a desk and work on computer, frequently typing 
• Answer multi-line phone
• Filing 
• Handling paperwork

Requirements: 

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Associates degree in business administration, accounting or related field is preferred but not required
• Must be attentive to detail
• Able to sit for periods of time while working and typing on computer and computer systems 
• Able to use multi-line phone 
• Previous experience in an automotive dealership, title clerk role or administrative position involving legal documentation is preferred 
• Experience handling vehicle titles, registrations, lien processing and deal paperwork is beneficial 
• Must be organized 
• Able to occasionally stand, walk, bend, and lift file boxes weighing up to 20 pounds 

Work Schedule: 8am to 5pm Monday - Friday

• Bagging, sewing and stacking feed
• Carrying feed bags to customers vehicles
• Working in dusty environment

Requirements: 

• Able to lift and carry 50 pound bags 
• Able to work in dusty environment and not have allergies - working with wheat, grass, hay, etc. 
• Able to lift, stand, walk,, bend, reach, push, pull 

This position will require lifting and carrying 50+ pounds on a continual basis.
