Paint Shop Technician / Industrial Painter (Metal) – 3-Day Weekends! | Mon–Thurs Schedule

Looking for a 4-day workweek with long weekends? Join a growing manufacturing team in Southern Granville and build a career in industrial painting, metal finishing, and equipment refurbishment.

We’re hiring a Paint Shop Technician / Industrial Painter to help restore and requalify DOT gas tube trailers. If you have experience with spray painting, surface prep, or metal finishing, this is your chance to step into a stable, hands-on role with room to grow

Pay: $18.00/hour

Schedule: Monday – Thursday 6AM – 4:30PM

 

Job Highlights:

• Working in a repair shop environment, you will blast metal surfaces, prep for painting
• Apply Caulk and Masking as necessary
• Utilize high-quality, professional spray-painting equipment to achieve a flawless, like-new finish
• Maintain a clean and meticulously organized work environment
• Bring your best attitude to work each day
• This is an Evaluation to Hire Position allowing us to assess your suitability for a permanent role within the company.

Pay: $18.00/hour

Schedule: Monday – Thursday 6AM – 4:30PM

What We Are Looking For: 

• Experience in industrial painting, auto body, powder coating, or similar field preferred
• Familiarity with spray guns, sandblasting, or surface prep techniques
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and cross-train
• Ability to work in a production or repair shop environment
