Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Property Manager to oversee income-based housing properties. The role requires ensuring smooth operations, maintaining compliance with housing regulations, and providing excellent service to residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage tenant relations, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Oversee leasing, rent collection, and ensure compliance with income-based housing requirements.
• Maintain property upkeep and coordinate maintenance issues.
• Prepare budgets, track expenses, and manage financial performance.
• Supervise on-site staff and support training and development.
• Implement marketing strategies and coordinate outreach efforts to attract tenants.
• Handle tenant disputes and maintain accurate records for audits and compliance.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of property management experience, with a focus on affordable housing preferred.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Familiarity with property management software and HUD regulations.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
