Machine Operator – Job Description

Position Summary:
The Machine Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production machinery to ensure efficient and safe manufacturing processes. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to meet production goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and monitor machinery according to production specifications
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on equipment
• Adjust machine settings to improve performance and efficiency
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work environment
• Record production data and report any issues or defects to supervisors
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets

Qualifications:

• Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and safety procedures
• Basic mechanical skills and troubleshooting ability
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• This positions requires a clear Background check
