We are looking for a Process Operator (Heat Treat) to join our team!

Location: Manchester, CT

Pay: $21/hr
Shift:

• 2nd shift, Monday - Friday, 4 pm to 12:30 am
• 3rd shift, Tuesday - Saturday, 12 am to 8:30 am

Duties:

• Operate and monitor industrial furnaces according to safety and production guidelines
• Load and unload materials into the furnace
• Maintain accurate temperature and timing logs
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections
• Work closely with the production team to meet quality standards

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or heat-treatment setting preferred
• Ability to work independently and stay alert on overnight shifts
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
