A General Laborer - Clean Up position involves maintaining a safe, organized, and clean environment on construction sites, in warehouses, or at job sites. Key duties include removing debris, operating cleaning equipment (brooms, pressure washers), moving materials, and supporting skilled trades. Physical stamina and safety compliance are critical. 
Core Job Duties
  • Site Cleanup: Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and washing surfaces to keep workspaces and pathways clear of debris.
  • Waste Disposal: Collecting and disposing of trash, scrap lumber, and hazardous materials according to regulations.
  • Material Handling: Loading, unloading, and organizing tools, equipment, and materials.
  • Site Preparation/Support: Assisting tradespeople (carpenters, plumbers), cleaning tools, and performing demolition cleanup.
  • Final Detailing: Performing final cleaning of finished structures, including washing windows, dusting, and wiping down fixtures. 
Physical and Working Conditions
  • Heavy Lifting: Lifting up to 50 lbs or more regularly.
  • Physical Stamina: Extensive standing, walking, bending, and lifting for long periods.
  • Environment: Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor conditions, including varying weather.
Key Requirements
  • Safety Adherence: Following OSHA and company safety procedures (PPE).
  • Reliability: Arriving on time and following directions.
  • Tools: Experience using basic tools such as pressure washers, shovels, and brooms.
