2nd Shift Production Supervisor Needed!

 

A manufacturing company in Fort Worth is looking to add a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to their team!

 

Shift: Monday to Saturday, 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM (Train on 1st shift for 4 weeks)

Pay: $23–$27/hr DOE

 

2nd Shift Production Supervisor Responsibilities:
• Supervise and lead the production team to meet daily goals
• Plan, organize, and assign work based on production needs
• Ensure product quality and monitor production processes
• Train employees and provide ongoing coaching and support
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and organization of the department
• Monitor materials, production flow, and equipment performance
• Complete reports, verify timesheets, and track production data
• Communicate with management, maintenance, and other departments
• Identify issues and implement improvements to production processes

 

2nd Shift Production Supervisor Requirements:
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work long shifts, weekends, and flexible schedules
• Experience with production processes and quality standards
• Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Forklift experience (certification required or willing to obtain)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a non-climate-controlled environment
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
