Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Manager to lead our service team and oversee daily operations. This role is responsible for managing technicians, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and driving department performance and revenue growth. The ideal candidate brings strong HVAC knowledge, leadership experience, and a customer-first mindset.


Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Operations

  • Manage and support HVAC service technicians and dispatch team
  • Oversee daily scheduling, routing, and job completion
  • Conduct coaching, training, and performance evaluations

Customer Satisfaction & Quality Control

  • Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure resolution
  • Monitor service quality and reduce callbacks
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship and professionalism

Performance & Revenue Management

  • Track and manage KPIs such as revenue per technician, close rates, and efficiency
  • Drive upselling of repairs, services, and maintenance agreements
  • Ensure department meets or exceeds revenue and profitability goals

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of HVAC experience (service background preferred)
  • 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems and service operations
  • Proven ability to manage teams and improve performance
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with ServiceTitan or similar software is a plus

  • Service management software (e.g., ServiceTitan)
  • Scheduling and dispatch platforms
  • CRM systems and reporting tools (Excel)
  • Mobile communication tools for field coordination
