Inside Sales Representative
Lake Charles, LA | $18/hour (DOE) | Full-Time | Bilingual

 

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative in Lake Charles, LA. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for sales and experience in roofing, building, or remodeling materials who is ready to deliver top-tier service and be part of a winning team.

Duties:

• Determine customers’ needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions
• Follow product/supply checklists and upsell additional items
• Answer phones and enter sales orders accurately
• Accept and apply payments to customer accounts
• Coordinate customer pickups with warehouse staff
• Follow up on deliveries to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Reorder products to maintain proper inventory levels
• Address and resolve customer service concerns

Requirements:

• Bilingual (Spanish speaking required)
• 1–2 years of experience in roofing, siding, windows, or related field preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent time management and prioritization abilities
• Basic computer skills
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on customer service

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday
• 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Pay:

• Starting at $18/hour, depending on experience
