Express Employment Professionals of Centennial and Castle Rock is proactively seeking a Production Manager for a growing manufacturing company specializing in cable assemblies and wiring harnesses.

This role will oversee production, quality, and warehouse operations, ensuring efficient workflow, high-quality output, and on-time delivery.

 

Job Duties:

• Oversee daily production operations across assembly, QC, and warehouse teams
• Manage production schedules and ensure deadlines are met
• Lead and develop production staff
• Ensure quality standards and specifications are consistently met
• Identify bottlenecks and improve workflow efficiency
• Coordinate inventory flow and material usage

 

Job Requirements:

• Experience managing production in a manufacturing environment
• Background in cable assembly, wiring harness, or electronics manufacturing preferred
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience with quality control processes and inventory flow
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
