Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 / year

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Industrial Sales Representative to join our expanding sales team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with industrial clients across diverse sectors, driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in outside sales, business development, and account management within a B2B environment. You will be responsible for cultivating new customer relationships, managing existing accounts, and delivering tailored solutions that meet client needs. Your expertise in territory management, lead generation, and technical sales will be instrumental in expanding our market presence and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• 70% maintaining Existing Clients and 30% searching for new clients
• $100,000 base or more + commission expecting 30 - 60 %
• Home Every Night limited to no travel
• Company Vehicle provided that you can take home
• 40 to 50 hours / week
• Relationship building and growing existing customers is very imporant
• Established book of business already
• Demonstrated ability in management of territory sales, lead generation, and account development
