Job Title: Customer Service Associate
Shift: 1st Shift
Salary: $15.00/hour

 

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and track customer orders to ensure accurate and timely processing.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Enter customer orders accurately into the system, ensuring data integrity.
• Maintain a welcoming and courteous environment for customer interactions.
• Operate and maintain office equipment, including copiers, scanners, and fax machines.

 

Qualifications:

• Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail.
• Proven customer service skills, including problem-solving and conflict resolution.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
