Entry Level Customer Service Representative

Located in Irvine, CA

Salary: $20-$22/Hr.

Express Employment Professionals, Laguna Hills is recruiting Entry Level Customer Service Representative for an Insurance company located in Irvine.

 

Service Line: Evaluation-to-Hire, Fulltime

Pay: $20-$22/Hr.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00AM-5:00PM

Responsibility:

·         Responsible for clerical office duties

·         Fulfilling customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction

·         Processing incoming applications for new and renewing policies to include changes/updates according to company guidelines for commercial line products.

·         Reviewing and screening requests

·         Communicating with insurance company underwriters

·         Managing existing policyholder accounts

·         Responsible for providing policy services

·         Performs other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

·         HS Diploma required

·         1-2 years of experience in a previous Customer Service position

·         Skills with Excel and Outlook are required.

·         Proficiency with computer skills

·         Organizational and planning skills

·         Excellent communication skills and phone manner

·         Initiative and ability to operate independently

·         Attention to detail and accuracy

·         Flexibility

·         Ability to multitask
