Title Examiner / Title Processor

Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a Charleston-area law firm to hire a Title Examiner to support real estate closings by reviewing title work and preparing title binders and commitments.

$20-$25/hr. 

Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze title work for real estate transactions
• Research ownership, liens, restrictions, and other title conditions
• Examine documents including deeds, mortgages, liens, and contracts
• Prepare title binders/commitments and lender-required documents
• Identify and report title issues or obstructions
• Enter title data into SoftPro Select
• Collaborate with pre-closers and closing staff on title matters

Qualifications:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and time management
• Service-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• SoftPro Select experience preferred
