Pay: $21–$23/hour BOE

Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturdays | Full-time

 

Express Employment is seeking a customer-focused Banking Associate to join a dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, supporting clients, and contributing to a positive branch experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, provide personalized solutions, and handle inquiries
• Sales & Product Knowledge: Promote and sell banking products, including loans and deposit accounts, to meet performance goals
• Customer Service & Sales Support: Assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and educate customers on digital banking tools

Qualifications:

• Previous banking, sales, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Goal-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
