Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a Charleston law firm to hire a Paralegal / Real Estate Closer to support residential and commercial real estate transactions.

$22-$32/hour

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review real estate closing documents
• Draft final closing statements and calculate adjustments
• Review documents for accuracy and legal compliance
• Notarize documents as required
• Communicate closing details with buyers, sellers, lenders, and agents
• Work under the supervision of the managing attorney

• Excellent attention to detail and time management
• Customer-service oriented and deadline-driven
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• SoftPro experience preferred
