Quality Assurance Specialist

Salary: Starting at $32/hr

The quality assurance specialist supports clinical operations by managing client records, billing activities, and compliance documentation. This role is critical to ensuring accurate and timely documentations, coordination with county partners and compliance with Medi-Cal, CalAIM, and more. This is temporary to permanent positions that requires you to work full-time and on-site. 

Qualifications 

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage routine, detail-heavy processes reliably 
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Ability to prioritize and meet multiple deadlines 
• Competency with EPIC, InSync, and standard office software 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team 
• Prior experience in quality assurance, billing, or clinical support roles 

Key Responsibilities

• Verify eligibility for new referrals 
• Prepare and submit monthly invoicing to Finance by the 15th
• Update billing records and resolve discrepancies 
• Identify missing documentation and follow up with clinicians 
• Track and maintain all authorization records
