Job Title: Customer Service & Warehouse Support Associate

Pay: Starting at $13.00 per hour
Schedule: Generally 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM, with some Saturdays required

Job Description

We are a local supply company seeking a dependable, motivated individual with exceptional customer service skills to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, enjoys helping customers, and is willing to assist in both customer-facing and warehouse-related tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with product questions and orders
• Learn and become knowledgeable about company products
• Load and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Assist with warehouse duties as needed, including organizing and maintaining a clean work environment
• Maintain a professional and presentable appearance at all times
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Willingness to learn products and processes
• Ability to assist with physical tasks, including loading orders
• Must be dependable, eager to work, and have a positive attitude
• Must have your own reliable vehicle
• Clean background check required
• Clean drug screen required
