Job Title: Safety Coordinator (Bilingual Preferred)

 

Schedule: Swing Shift (Must have open availability, including evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed)

 

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Safety Coordinator to support and enforce workplace safety policies and procedures. This role is responsible for promoting a safe work environment, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards, and assisting with safety training and incident prevention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and enforce all safety policies and procedures on the floor
• Conduct routine safety inspections and audits
• Identify hazards and implement corrective actions
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses; complete reports
• Ensure proper use of PPE at all times
• Assist with safety training and onboarding for new employees
• Maintain accurate safety records and documentation
• Partner with supervisors and management to promote a culture of safety
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards

Qualifications:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Previous safety or warehouse experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and observational skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills (reports, tracking, documentation)
• Knowledge of OSHA standards is a plus

Requirements:

• Must have open availability for swing shift schedule
• Ability to stand, walk, and monitor operations for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 25–50 lbs (as needed)
