Location: Columbus, OH
Pay: $21.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

 

Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse On-Site Lead to support our team of temporary associates.  This will require managing attendance, tardiness, being on time, and performance and tracking of these key metrics.  This role also requires flexibility and a strong work ethic, as duties will include picking and packing orders, facility cleanup, organization, and general warehouse tasks. You may also assist with assembling boxes and other light production work.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a team of up to 50 temporary associates and tracking attendance, clocking in and out on time from arrival and breaks.

• Pull and pack orders using RF scanners
• Assist with cleaning and organizing the warehouse and facility

• Prepare the site for a high-visibility corporate visit

• Build and assemble boxes and packaging materials

• Perform general warehouse duties as needed (moving materials, staging areas, etc.)

• Follow all safety and workplace procedures

Qualifications

• Must have a clean background

• Reliable, punctual, and dependable

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude

• Ability to work on your feet and perform physical tasks

• Flexible and willing to help wherever needed
