We are seeking a hands-on Project Manager to oversee operations at a large job site just outside of Fargo. This role is ideal for someone with prior management experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leading teams to success.

What You’ll Do:

• Supervise a team of 3–8 employees, including scheduling and day-to-day oversight
• Ensure work is completed efficiently, safely, and up to quality standards
• Monitor progress and provide guidance, support, and accountability to your team
• Coordinate workflow and adjust schedules as needed to meet project deadlines

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous management or leadership experience required
• Background in construction or manufacturing is highly preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work extended hours and adapt to changing project needs

Schedule:

• Typically 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• 5–6 days per week (50–60 hours)
• Rotating Saturdays as needed
