Express Employment has partnered with a growing manufacturing company looking for production operators that can operate and monitor large-scale machinery to turn raw materials into finished siding products while maintaining safety, quality, and production standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor machines and adjust settings to keep production running
Perform quality checks on finished boards
Assist with basic maintenance, cleaning, and changeovers
Operate industrial production equipment

Qualifications & Requirements:

Manufacturing experience
Working around dust (cement materials)
Standing/walking most of shift
