Duties:

• Coordinate and process shipments with UPS, FedEx, DHL, Ross, Old Dominion, Estes, and other freight companies
• Operate a 26’ box truck (Class D operator license required) for deliveries and pickups
• Prepare and manage mail files and list generation
• Ensure compliance with USPS rules and regulations
• Maintain accurate shipping and mailing records
• Assist with general shipping and warehouse tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Valid Class D operator license with experience driving a 26’ box truck
• Proficiency in shipping and mailing procedures, including experience with freight carriers and USPS regulations
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
