Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team at a leading boiler manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical and electrical experience in an industrial environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment, including boilers, presses, conveyors, and related machinery
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
  • Diagnose equipment issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner
  • Conduct preventative maintenance according to established schedules
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
  • Collaborate with production teams to improve equipment efficiency and reliability
  • Assist with equipment installations and upgrades as needed

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment (boiler or heavy equipment experience preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, motors, PLCs, and troubleshooting
  • Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
  • Welding and fabrication experience is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or degree preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment
  • Must be dependable with a strong work ethic
