HR/ Training Partner - Pay is DOE.

Express is recruiting for a Human Resources and Training Partner in Monroe County, TN.

Responsibilities:

Daily HR operations of the organization while partnering closely with plant leadership and employees.
Responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle for hourly employees, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, training coordination, and HR systems administration
Will lead plant training initiatives, manages internal development programs, coordinates internship programs, and represents this company in community and educational outreach.
Process documentation and SOP management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required. Master’s Degree preferred.
1–5 years of Human Resources experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Experience with HRIS systems; Paycom experience preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
Experience coordinating training programs or workforce development initiatives preferred.
Ability to work in a manufacturing plant environment, including exposure to noise, moving equipment, and varying temperatures.
Ability to lift and move materials up to 25 pounds occasionally (training materials, employee apparel inventory, event supplies, etc.).
