Express Employment has partnered with a growing Manufacturing company looking for Welders! You will be performing  welding operations on metal parts used in farm equipment, ensuring strength, durability, and quality standards in a production environment. 
 
 
Key Responsibilities: 
  • Perform MIG / wire-feed / arc welding on steel components
  • Read and interpret blueprints, shop orders, and measurements
  • Inspect parts for defects and ensure they meet specs
  • Grind, file, or adjust parts for proper fit
  • Move materials using hoists, pallet jacks, or hand trucks 
 
Qualifications & Requirements: 
  • Follow PPE and safety requirements at all times 
  • Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
  • Welding equipment (MIG, arc, etc.)
  • Pass a Welding Test
