Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm

The Truck Tire Service Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of truck tires for commercial vehicles. This role ensures that all tire services are performed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with company standards. The technician works both in-shop and on-site, responding to service calls for roadside assistance and scheduled maintenance.
 
Key Responsibilities: 
  • Inspect, install, balance, rotate, and repair truck tires on commercial vehicles Diagnose tire-related issues and recommend appropriate solutions, such as patching, replacing, or retreading tires.
  • Operate tire service equipment, including mounting/demounting machines, balancers, and air tools.
  • Maintain accurate service records, documenting work performed and parts used.
  • Inspect wheels and rims for damage or wear, and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
  • Assist with inventory management, including tracking tire stock and ordering supplies
  • Diagnose tire-related issues and recommend appropriate solutions, such as patching, replacing, or retreading tires.
 
Qualifications & Requirements: 
  • Previous experience in truck tire service or related automotive field is highly desirable.
  • Valid driver’s license is required. 
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with tire service equipment.
  • Basic math and record-keeping skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and on-call rotations as needed
