Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot production issues and develop solutions.
• Conduct regular assessments of production equipment and processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the production process.
• Analyze production data to identify trends and recommend actionable improvements.
• Provide technical support and training to production staff as needed.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production engineering role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday day shift
• Contract for 3-6 months
