Express Employment has partnered with a growing manufacturing company that is looking for an employee to join their team! You will be responsible for applying industrial coatings (paint/powder coat) to metal chute components, ensuring durability, corrosion resistance, and quality finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Prep metal parts (cleaning, sanding, masking)
Apply coatings using spray equipment or powder coating systems
Maintain coating equipment and keep work area clean
Work with fabrication/welding teams to move parts through production

Qualifications & Requirements:

Spray painting or powder coating (preferred)
Read basic work orders or prints
Spot defects and maintain quality
Hands-on, physical shop work
