Position: Inbound Call Center Representative

Location: Abilene, TX
Job Type: Full-Time 
Schedule: must be available to work on Saturdays

What You’ll Do

• Answer incoming calls from customers with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Provide accurate information, resolve inquiries, and troubleshoot issues
• Deliver exceptional customer service that leaves a lasting impression
• Document interactions clearly and efficiently
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience

• Basic computer proficiency and ability to multitask
• Previous call center or customer service experience (preferred, not required)
• Ability to remain calm and solution-focused under pressure
