CNC Operator - 2nd shift

Located in San Antonio, TX

Job Summary:
Responsible for operating multiple CNC machines within established standards while inspecting parts throughout the machining process. Ensures product quality and meets production targets.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate multiple CNC machines simultaneously; cross-train on all equipment
• Read basic blueprints, load/unload parts, and inspect to maintain tolerances
• Use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gage pins, depth micrometers)
• Monitor machine performance, make adjustments, and report issues as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow all procedures and documentation
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of experience with multi-axis CNC machines (routers, horizontal/vertical mills preferred)
• Basic blueprint reading and understanding of tolerances
• Proficiency with precision measuring instruments
• Working knowledge of tooling and machining components
• Basic math skills and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to operate multiple machines and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
