Title: CDL A Driver
Pay: $20–24/hour (DOE)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 5:00pm
Location: Texarkana, AR

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused CDL A Driver to join our team in Texarkana, AR. This position will primarily be responsible for operating a flatbed trailer to transport materials, as well as assisting with loading and unloading using a forklift. This is a full-time, day-shift role offering a consistent schedule and a full benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a CDL A flatbed truck to safely transport materials to and from job sites or customer locations
• Secure loads properly in compliance with DOT regulations and company standards
• Load and unload materials using a forklift (fork truck) as needed
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles and equipment
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork
• Follow all safety protocols, traffic laws, and company policies
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, supervisors, and customers
• Assist with general yard or warehouse duties when not driving

Qualifications:

• Valid CDL A license with a clean driving record
• Previous experience operating flatbed trailers preferred
• Forklift experience required (certification preferred)
• Ability to safely secure loads using straps, chains, and binders
• Strong understanding of DOT regulations and safety standards
• Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
