We need Assemblers for our client in Mentor, OH for a busy production facility. This is one of the best Assembly jobs around. We pride ourselves on being one of the best places to work in Mentor. 

• Pay is $15.00 per hour during training.
• Piecework after training with rates up to $20.00
• This is a 1st Shift Position, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Assemble products and sub-assemblies using hand tools and small equipment
• Follow work instructions, assembly diagrams, and production specifications
• Inspect parts and completed assemblies to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain production speed and accuracy to meet piece-rate goals
• Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment
• Report defective materials or equipment issues to supervisors
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and safe
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Requirements

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred but not required
• Ability to perform repetitive hand assembly tasks
• Good attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25–40 lbs as needed
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools

Work Environment

• Manufacturing/production facility
• Repetitive work with production quotas or piece-rate expectations
• Team-based assembly line environment

Pay Structure

• Piece-rate compensation (earn based on production output)
