Customer Service Representative

Salary: $19-$21/he

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with housing and utility assistance applications over the phone and/or through processing systems
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
• Review and process documentation accurately in cloud-based systems
• Provide clear guidance to clients navigating assistance programs
• Maintain accurate records and case notes in system platforms
• Adapt to either phone-heavy or processing-focused assignments based on strengths

Qualifications

• Call center or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and emotional conversations with empathy and professionalism
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a remote/cloud-based environment
• Bilingual candidates are highly preferred
