About the Role:
We’re looking for a motivated Warehouse Supervisor to join a growing operation. This is a structured training-to-hire position with clear growth opportunities. Successful candidates will complete a hands-on training program and transition into a supervisory role with above-average raises over the first two years.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee loading and unloading of inventory
• Inspect items for quality and organize efficiently
• Pick, pack, and prepare shipments using RF scanners
• Perform light data entry for shipment scheduling
• Maintain accurate records and follow company procedures

Qualifications:

• Experience in shipping/receiving or warehouse operations preferred
• Forklift/high-lift experience preferred
• Comfortable standing and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly
• Clean driving record; able to operate a non-CDL commercial vehicle
• Computer literate and able to follow detailed procedures
