🕒 Schedule: Monday–Thursday — 32 hours per week 
💰 Pay: $24–$27 per hour (DOE) 

 

About the Role 

We’re looking for a motivated, hands‑on Technical Support Analyst I to join our team! This is an entry‑level opportunity perfect for someone ready to grow in the IT field while enjoying a flexible four‑day workweek. You’ll assist customers, work with hardware and software, support imaging, and play a key role in keeping our technology running smoothly. 

  • OS Imaging: Build and update OS images, apply patches, ensure hardware compatibility, and customize images as needed.
  • Device Deployment: Replace and configure desktops/laptops, coordinate delivery with users, verify functionality, and update records.
  • Repairs & Support: Perform hardware repairs, software installs, system rebuilds, user profile backups/restores, and handle warranty claims.
  • User Support & Projects: Provide walk‑in technical help, assist with new technology rollouts, document processes, train users, and securely wipe and dispose of equipment.

What You Bring 

  • Intermediate technical and troubleshooting skills
