Job Title: Lumber Production Worker (Day Shift)
Pay: $23.50/hr

Schedule:
Monday – Thursday | 5:00AM – 3:30PM

• 4-day work week with consistent full-time hours
• Early start time — ideal for those who like afternoons off
• Occasional overtime may be available based on production needs

Position Overview:

• Work in a fast-paced lumber production environment pulling and sorting boards from a moving conveyor
• Repetitive, hands-on work requiring focus, consistency, and attention to detail
• Stay on your feet for the entire shift while working safely around moving equipment

Key Responsibilities:

• Pull boards from a conveyor and stack them by size, grade, and count
• Move along the production line and keep up with workflow demands
• Push out full carts and return empty carts to maintain production flow
