Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM
Crews rotate every other Friday off

Job Description

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a reliable and hardworking Wood Floor Technician to join our team. No prior flooring experience is required — in fact, we’re happy to train the right person from the ground up. This role involves repairing, installing, sanding, and refinishing wood floors in residential homes. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a strong work ethic, and wants a long‑term career in the trades.

What You’ll Do

• Install, repair, sand, and refinish wood floors
• Use hand tools, staplers, saws, and heavy sanding equipment
• Lift and move heavy bundles of flooring materials and equipment
• Kneel, bend, and perform physically demanding tasks daily
• Work in customers’ homes while maintaining professionalism
