Salary: $28-$35/hr DOE

We are seeking a Welder (MIG/TIG) for a manufacturing company in Sterling. This position will be responsible to fabricate large metal components used for machine housings.

 

Responsibilities:

• Weld large metal plates to fabricate machine housings
• Perform primarily MIG welding, with some TIG welding as needed
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Inspect welds to ensure quality and adherence to specifications
• Move materials and finished parts using forklifts and overhead cranes (training provided)
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:

• 2+ years of MIG and TIG welding experience 
• Experience working with large metal components or structural welding preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Comfortable working with heavy materials and equipment

Pay Range: $28-$35/hr (negotiable depending on experience)

Schedule: Mon – Fri 7AM-3:30PM (optional overtime average 5-10 hours/week)
