Production Planner / Purchasing – High-Tech Manufacturing

Express Employment is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Production Planner / Purchasing professional to support scheduling, materials planning, and production efficiency within a highly innovative manufacturing environment. This is a Direct Hire opportunity offering long-term stability and career growth. Pay up to $30/hour based on experience.

This position plays a critical role in ensuring smooth production flow by collaborating across departments including sales, purchasing, inventory, and production.

What You’ll Do

Create and manage production schedules to meet customer demand
Order and track production materials and inventory levels
Coordinate with sales, production, purchasing, and vendors
Monitor workflows to ensure timely product delivery
Analyze data and adjust schedules to improve efficiency
Utilize ERP systems and MRP planning tools
Maintain accurate records and reporting

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree required (GPA of 3.4 or higher)
Experience with ERP systems and MRP (Manufacturing Resource Planning)
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
