Wire Cable Assembler

Hours: 7:00AM - 4:00PM Monday - Friday

Pay: $15.00/Hour

 

Express is looking for a reliable wire cable assembler for one of our great Ball Ground clients. The role will include 

• Using company documentation (Bills of materials, cut sheets and/or drawings) determine assembly relationships of wires, terminals, and connectors.
• As required, cut and strip wires within tolerances defined either by customer documents or to companys standards.
• Hand crimp wires to company and IPC620A standards
• Plug wires per Order Traveler documents and to company Quality standards.
• Perform quality checks at defined intervals during the production cycle and report any deviations found.
• Report any Bill of Material errors, shortages, or inventory errors to department supervisor.

 Requirements:

• Follow OSHA guidelines
• Reliable transportation
• High School Diploma
• Computer skills 
• Background check / pass drug screen
• Attention to detail
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Basic math, reading and writing English, ability to communicate in English
• Well Groomed
