Bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish)

Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour

We are seeking a highly experienced Bilingual Recruiter to support our growing talent acquisition needs. This role requires full‑cycle recruiting expertise, strong client interaction, and experience across multiple hiring models. Fluency in English and Spanish is required. Candidate must have excellent communication both verbal and written.  Must have advanced Microsoft Suite Skills.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (required)
• Demonstrated full‑cycle recruiting experience
• Proven recruitment experience for:
  • Office and Administrative positions
  • Skilled Trades roles
• Experience managing Evaluation‑to‑Hire and Direct Hire placements
• Strong client interfacing and consultative relationship skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requisitions in a fast‑paced environment
• Professional communication, interviewing, and negotiation skills

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to understand workforce needs and hiring strategies
• Execute recruiting efforts across office, skilled trades, evaluation‑to‑hire, and direct hire positions
• Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates
• Manage the recruitment lifecycle from intake through onboarding
• Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and recruitment documentation

Compensation

• $25.00 per hour
