Job Title: Business Development Representative / Sales Representative (Industrial Sector)

Location: Mesa, AZ
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Overview

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Representative to join our growing industrial team. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a high-activity environment and has the ability to build strong client relationships within a technical, engineering-focused industry.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting (75+ calls per day) to generate new business opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing B2B clients
Identify customer needs and present tailored solutions within an industrial/engineering environment
Develop and execute outreach strategies via phone, email, and LinkedIn
Schedule and attend client meetings (virtual and in-person)
Prepare and present proposals, including pricing and scope of work
Negotiate contracts and close new business
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate project understanding and delivery

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management (B2B preferred)
Experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or engineering-related environment strongly preferred
Basic understanding of engineering concepts, schematics, and mathematics is highly desirable
Proven ability to meet or exceed activity and sales targets
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with a high level of accountability and drive
