About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in the Brickell area. This role is ideal for a dedicated RN who is passionate about providing high-quality care to patients with chronic kidney disease and those undergoing hemodialysis treatment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care during dialysis treatments
• Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures
• Assess vital signs and respond to complications or emergencies
• Operate and maintain dialysis equipment safely
• Administer medications as prescribed, including IV therapies
• Perform and manage IV access, cannulation, and vascular access care with a high level of skill
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and lifestyle management
• Collaborate with nephrologists and interdisciplinary care teams

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida
• Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
• Minimum 2 year of dialysis experience preferred (will consider strong acute care RNs with training)
• Strong IV therapy skills required (IV insertion, management, and troubleshooting)
• Experience with vascular access (AV fistulas, grafts, catheters) preferred
• Knowledge of hemodialysis procedures and equipment
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
